How about steels and a drysuit...instead of the convolution of a redundant wing? You CAN wear lighter underwear, and you DON'T have to add a convoluted POS like a double bladder, bungee wing. And why the hell would you want to do a dive to 350' w/o a scooter? Hell BV...I'm a mere humble dive shop owner and I own a scooter. A big time lawyer like you should be able to afford a Gavin or two? The CO2 build up from a dive that deep w/o a sccoter would not be incredibly safe...IMHO. But I would also not do a dive to 350 for 25-30 min the deco obligation would be insane, and even here in our "Gin Clear" waters, conditions change faster then you'd believe. We're setting up a "drop off" dive here in the near future, bottom is 280, ledge at 240... I am setting the bottom time at 15 min...that is enough for me and gets me out of the water in just over an hour, I can do it with a 40 of 02 and a 40 of 50/50... Any longer and the deco stacks up too much for me. If I want to get more bottom time, I will go again. I guess I've learned a bit too much from George to look to critically at his posts...and the funny thing is that most of the shit he posts is a. Common Sense b. Safer c. Funny as hell sometimes d. RIGHT You just happen to be one of the folks who won't take the cotton out and listen to him. You'd rather argue then see the merit of what he posts. If you take such offense to what he posts...filter him. I want to see you swim with THAT configuration.
