We carry a blank seal itself - that is larger than the cut seal and will slide over your wrist and sleeve. For the head you can carry a hood with apron - we keep one at deco . Also, I carry a watch on the left side with an adjustable velcro strap and a bottom timer on the right with an adjustable strap - if the seal goes I sinch the sleeve of the suit with the instrument to keep the flow out. When you use Thinsulate, as long as the flow is kept out the stuff works pretty well wet. The key is not to have anything else on undernearth with the Thinsulate.
