Subject: Oxygen Tank Colours

I am trying to get information on the colours used on 100% Oxygen tanks, as 
used in emergency situations. eg medical grade.
As diving is becoming more "International" it is possible that in 
emergencies, people could be given the wrong gas.
What I need to know is, what colour(s)  and patterns a particular country 
uses for its Emergency Oxygen. Also any possible conflicts that may arise.

Any other relevant information appreciated.

P.S. I did place this request on REC.SCUBA but our news machine blew up over 
christmas.
