In the US, Warfarin is sold as a drug under the trade name 'coumadin'.  My
belief is that it would take several daily doses to lengthen your clotting
time enough to matter.  Interestingly, they took all of the generics off
of the market since there was a bioavailability problem, so don't try to
measure 5 mg of rat poison. 

I also believe that 1/2 Asprin will provide a significant short term 
increase in clotting time.  This is in the dosage range recommended as 
theraputic for prevention of heart attacks.
