Precisely. And when an instructor is misinformed, this is propogated to
his/her students. There's a lot of this running around.

Mr. "oxygen is too unstable above 2400 psi" was unprepared to deal with
reality when I showed him information from a gas supplier hawking their
4500 psi oxygen delivery. "Must be damed unsafe!". Right.
