Sean and all:

If you do have access to a Haskell, we have had good luck pushing
02 up to high pressure. I've been using a pair of the old AGA 40's
which are 4400 PSIG working as 02 bottles as they are quite small.
But I'm now changing to the new OMS 19's, which when pushed
will hold just under 30 cubes and are -tiny-. These are slated as
offboard gas and demand bailout gas for my rebreather, but you
might not want to overlook them for OC if you can jam them.

Hard to get much use out of oxygen K bottles as a cascade system.
But you can get the 3500 (?) psi oxygen bottles delivered too,
we use them to service aircraft 02 systems and get them from the local
compressed gas place no sweat, as 'aviatiors oxygen'. Most of the
aircraft places also have Haskells for boosting nitrogen (for landing
gear struts) and oxygen from storage bottles. You might go make friends
with a local aircraft mechanic and see about getting fills from their
supply.
Actually, most Fixed Base Operators that serve corporate aircraft provide
HP 02 fills as a cash and carry business, just routine aircraft support.
They should fill any bottle, as long as you make up your own adapter to the
aircraft
valve fill hose. You can get the parts from Aviox in Van Nuys California.
But ask your supplier about HP 02 as well.
