Art, Certified or certifiable ? Oxygen is quite stable. It's possible what this guy really meant to convey was that oxygen when flowing through an improperly designed, poorly cleaned system is hazardous. But when a properly designed and properly cleaned system is used boosting oxygen either with a Haskel Booster or oil-free compressor is not a problem at all.
