I've been a New Jersey, North Atlantic wreck diver for about 22 years. I'm also a member of Planet Ocean Dive Club in Deptford, N.J. If any of you tropical guys are planning a visit to N.J. and want to hunt monster lobster (the real kind with claws), give me a shout. I have a question. Does anyone have any knowledge about underwater homing devices that would allow a diver to plant some kind of transmitter at the beginning of a dive and then zero in on it at the end of his dive? This would be very useful for finding things, such as an anchor line, when visability was poor. I was thinking of trying to invent something like this, but I don't want to re-invent the wheel if it already exists.
