That was the U.S. Navy ( Bill Gavin did it ). Findings: the only way to
beat c-4 is to electrify it, the jury is still out on what is safe,
Gavin wanted to use it at wakulla using a scooter body battery pack with
plugs for him and me at deco, but as it turns out there is no need - I
don't get cold regardless of time, he doesn't do dives that he feels
require it. The other guys do not get cold and don't care.

Exley used to use the system, however, when he dove with us.

If it were ice water, it would be a different story - that is what we
tested it in.

I think Scuba Pro makes an electified underwear, but I have never tried
it. The one we tried ( that worked) was made in Canada for the military.
Ask a Canandian.
