Thanks to all who replied!!! I've ironed out some glitches and there are 
some new features, it's is now Deco Planner version 1.1.

You can now use any bottom mix you want, it'll default to the next highest 
table, like if you use a 29.5 bottom mix, it'll use the 30 percent table. 
It'll also alert you if you'll be exceeding 1.6 PO2. It'll show as a red 
message at the top right box. When you see this message, it usually means 
that you've also exceeded table limits.
I also removed the Watch Out You're Going to Die!!! message. It is now 
replaced with Exceeding Table Limits!!! message which I believe is more 
accurate and appropriate.

I hope to be able to add more tables if I get a chance to, and maybe 
someday change all of them to GUE tables.
