Exactly , the nitrogen. Also the oxygen if missused. I told you, I can NOT air dive and do jack shit the next day or even the next week. I can compete the next day if I used the right gas(es) properly. Volker and I just did an 85 mile ride with the hammer down after doing a fast 40 the day before with a 10 k run after and diving that afternoon. We are all the same in that regard. I just have times and stats to support what I am saying. I have tried it all ways. The swimming is a real teller since the times are so sensitive.
