Do you mean, what do you do about the CNS clock?

The basic answer is "air" breaks, which on 250' dive is actually back-gas 
breaks.  5 mins every 20-30 minutes, and, this may be a little provocative, 
but there is no need to penalize (increase) your decompression time, and 
current thinking is they may actually improve deco.  Doing this allows you 
to "Safely" exceed the CNS clock to a few hundred percent.

I've heard that on some of the longer dives, the WKPP guys may be spending 
upwards of 50% of the time on air breaks towards the end of the oxygen 
exposure.

One little side note, in that one big oxygen study (in _oxygen and the 
diver_??)  almost all of the episodes were after coming OFF 
o2.  Interesting stuff.
