Will,
I dive only with the Poseidon " showerheads " as you call them and have never
had this problem. Like all equipment they must be serviced regularly and be
nurtured. I must add though that the only time I ever had a free flow on one
was due to excessively high silt levels in the water. For this type of diving I
now use a mouth piece cover. This serves as a regulator holder as well.
Enzo.

I own 7 (count 'em, 7) MK20's, with various combinations of D400 and
G500 2nd stages. At the moment, NOT ONE of those bastards isn't
free-flowing. And I've never gone more than 3 months from
out of the box until the unit freeflows. This has been going
on for several years, and is getting old.

The only regs I have that don't freeflow are the Poseidens
with showerheads, which I absolutely hate, because while
they pump alot of gas, you're also basically inhaling half water.

Is this just me?
