Who's tuning them?

Reoccurrant freeflow problems are often the result of an overaggressive
tech who either takes the specs in the ads rather than the service
literature seriously, or likes to show of by seeing how low he can get the
cracking pressure below what the factory says it should be. If they'd ban
the sale of magnahelic gauges we'd all be a lot better off.
