They ended up phoning Underwater World Publications for me: if you want a copy quickly, you'll probably have to do the same. (Sorry, I don't have the phone number; the publisher is in Teddington, in Middlesex.) The price for this book is 17.50 pounds sterling, with a 3.50 pounds sterling charge for air mail (approximately $32-$33 US, given current exchange rates).
