Hi folks
	I am sorry this is not a directly related scuba question, but I was
hopeing that someone might be able to help me out.
	I say someone using vasaline on an O ring last night, (NOT A SCUBA O
RING)(A 38mm hose fitting on a fire truck actually) and I thought that this
was a bad idea, but couldn't think of the reason. Is the vasaline restriction
just in breathing gear or a general restriction. Any help would be greatly
app......
