For open water diving, the DIR system is pretty
self-revealing and doesn't require teaching. More
of a mentoring system. All the equipment and
procedural information you need is on the internet.

The folowing sites are a start. If they don't have the
info. you need, they'll have links to it.

http://www.gue.com
The GUE site is big and thorough. A while back it was
getting between 3 and 6 thousand page views a month from the
UK and Sweden. 700+ from Canada, Australia, Brazil, Denmark,
Norway, Germany, and Finland, and others from Zambia, Hungary,
Slovenia, Iceland, and Romania.

For general descriptions of the system and lots of
links you can visit Jim Cobb's trimix site at
http://www.cisatlantic.com/trimix/trimix.html

For procedural and expedition info & links there's
http://www.wkpp.org

If you're into deco diving, look at

Someone else can tell you about the videos. You can order
them from the US or maybe someone in the UK is distributing
them. Does anyone know?

PS: You only had to ask, you silly sausage!
