My experience is that the newest Poseidon 300 bar twin 4 liter tanks are
considerably heavier than AGA/Interspiro tanks or old Poseidon tanks. My
thery is that the AGA/Interspiro tanks are made for firebrigades where
wieght is of outmost importance. These tanks are made of special high
tensile steel and the cost is higher and the margin for corrosion is small.

When the tanks are sold for water divning the problems are different.
When diving in cold waters the weight of the tanks is of little imporance
as long as you have to have several kilos of lead on your belt.

So I don't beleve in carbon tanks for water diving as long as you have
lead to drop. My understanding is that Interspiro is trying to use the
carbon tanks for nitrox in the DCSC nitrox rebreather. Here the anti
magnetic properties is of outmost importance. (Mine clearance diving)
