George, no, it's not fear - the effect is real.  My hands start to
shake and I get jumpy over about 250 on Heliox.  In fact, I seem
to recall you complaining about the "helium willies" a couple of
years ago.

I'm not advocating high PN2's - an END of 80ft is enough to 
eliminate the problem.  You guys are doing heliox for deco
reasons, of course, so that's not an option.  I'll be interested
to hear from your guys how many notice "pre-HPNS" - some people
are immune, some aren't.  But don't chalk it up to fear - I'm
telling you, that's not it, although a heightened sense of
fear can go along with being uncomfortably super-wired.
