keep in mind that although body building seems like an ego driven sport it 
is a sport which requires intence training and dedication as well.  the 
development of muscle is a necessary part of any training regime although 
not to the degree of professional body builders.  Strenght training should 
be a mandatory part for any tech diving workout in addition to to cardio, 
streching and diet.  they all go hand in hand and should be incorporated 
into the workouts according to an individuals needs as individual 
physiologies respond to excercise stimuli in different ways.
