I realize its kind of hard to come up with the extra cash what with $1K+ dry suits, scooters, regs, bottles, and travel to pay for BUT... to paraphrase someone else: "diving isn't worth dieing for..." Since I don't have a PFO I can do my trimix cert with one less thing to worry about. If the test had come up positive, I personally would have stuck to no-deco diving, and even backed off the times and ascent rates for that.
