How can standing on the sidelines furiously waving your handkerchief at every perceived breach of your outmoded standard of ettiquette possibly help anyone "see clearly the DIR message"? I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you intend otherwise, but you are guilty of trying to distract people from the real points which are... a) when a stroke dies from strokery, there is usually a conspiracy amongst the strokes who trained or supplied or encouraged the dead stroke, in order to hide the true cause of death. We are witnessing such an event right now with the latest Andrea Doria death. b) the DIR equipment configuration and protocols have been designed by the most accomplished divers in the world, for the use of all divers, to eliminate death by strokery. If you support either of these positions (and you words above suggest you do) then you would do everyone on this list a favour by shutting up. rgds billyw -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
