I'm also looking for heavy flat connectors, but I'm looking for a 4-way
connector (similar to a trailer wiring connector, but with heavy wire).
I've looked in the same places you have, plus electronic supplies, motor
control distributors, etc.

Let me know if you find any and I will also.

Subject: 2 Post Flat Connectors

I'm looking for a heavy duty 2 post flat connector for my Mako scooter
(connects battery to motor). I would like to have an extra set for a second
battery. All of the connectors I've seen locally do not have the heavier
gauge wiring for a 24 volt system. I've tried auto, boat and trailer parts
stores with no luck. Does anyone know of a manufacturer of these type of
connectors with the 12 or 14 gauge wire. Any help will be appreciated.
