Is that three three Tai Chi breaths and two hyperventillations? Read
that crap from our latest addition to the deep air hero list - sounds
like the same bull, only this time it is "Akido", which I always thought
was a kind of dog. Birds of a feather.

These guys crack me up with their Eastern mysticisms and "discipline". I
was a wrestler from the time I was 12 to college, and the only thing
that worked for me was constant training. Notice that in the Tough Guy
competitions, the wrestlers always win. The bulshitters get one swing
and the party is over.

Same in diving, but bullshit is easier to do.
