Sorry, but I don't eat fish! By the way, wasn't it way back in Open Water class
that they teach you  that it is not a very good idea to heavily exert one's self
before a dive? I would think that a 7 kilometer hike in 100 degree heat, headed
into a Mexican jungle to do a 350' exploration dive is a really bad idea! I'm
sure your local PADI Training Facility can provide you with a SCUBA Refresher
course for a small fee.
