    I guess that nails it on the head. Risk Management, one determines whether
or not the risk of the dive is worth the experience. This is an individual
determination (personal preferance), whether it be to push a line a couple miles
into a cave system or dive 500 feet in open ocean. Yes its risky, but with the
proper equipment and training the risks can be reduced.
