Hold on a minute, what was that you said Dan?    Configured properly?    When I
read the archives this same argument has received no hearing at all when others
have broached the subject about OMS BC's needing to be configured properly.
Why it is that Halcyon incidents in some cases may be justifiable by user
configuration problems, but OMS configurations cannot?    I do not understand
the inconsistency here?
