Hi..I'm in the UK and I have been asked whether I can find out about a diving death in Thailand.. here is the text of the message I received: "You heard of any diving accidents in thailand? Someone called Stephen Desborough? I knew him as a boy, apparently he has drowned...he was not identified for two days....his mother is planning to fly out there...really i want to know practical things like was he insured? anyone he was with?"
