Does anyone on the net know who the manufacturer is for the PROTANK PAC 
(tank caddy)  ???  And, if so, a number where they can be reached?

This is a caddy for carrying "tanks" on their side... yet, I want to use it 
for anchoring/supporting a DPV on a boat.  I have one Protank Pac, which was 
given to me from a friend in FLA... he says it used to be in the shops down 
there, but he hasn't seen one in quite a while.

Any help truly appreciated.
