I know one of the divers on the boat. It happened. He has discussed it with me but I don't feel right passing along second hand information. What I can say is that what is said below is fundamentally correct. His tank had 400 psi left in it. He was found on the bottom with the regulator out of his mouth, but otherwise all gear intact.
