I built one using "Oxygen Hacker" reference also.
Just order the millivolt meter from ALL ELECTRONICS
$10 PM-128 ($5 shipping so if you can get a few [dive
Buddies] people to go in that want analyzers its
cheaper!)

Especially, since it sounds like you may have 
purchased the specific parts to modify a PM-128. To
modify a different millivolt meter may (will) require
using a different resistor network to get the proper
voltage drop and calibration adjustment. It's not that
hard, however, since you would have to order something
anyway - Stick to the plan and it works!

Warning: There was a post a while back stating there
was a PM-128A that was different. I have since ordered
from ALL ELECTRONICS and asked specifically for the
PM-128 and received just that!

PS: I believe Northeast Scuba sells the CAG250 O2
sensor JDA000@AO*.CO*.
