Subject: Weight required for DIR setup

I am setting up a DIR rig and I wanted to know what rough amount of weight is
required.

I am using Faber 100cf tanks (12.2l steel)
canister light (about 3lbs)
trilaminate drysuit with med weight undergarment
2mm Steel backplate.

If anybody is using a similar setup could they please tell me how much weight
they carry for salt water so I have a place to start.
