From your email address I deduce you're in Finland, so I can imagine your
setup. I also assume you dive in open water.

Anyway. As you dive in Finland you are probably wearing loads of
undergarments under your dry suit to keep warm. That means that you are
quite buoyant while your twin set is quite heavy (especially if you use a
3,5 kg. V-weight and a 3,5 kg. canister light as I do).

You want to have enough buoyancy so that you can take the kit off in the
water (so you can get it up in a RIB or something) without it sinking. This
means that we that dive in cold water need more lift than the warm water
divers.

I am now using a 65 pound wing with 2 x 7L aluminium stages. This is
slightly overkill and I'm getting a 45 pound wing soon for non-deco bottle
diving. My recommendation: 45 or 55 depending on how heavy (V-weights,
canister light, etc.) you twin set is.

Regards from Denmark,

Peter
