You *should* (but can't always) be able to vomit through a full face
mask, but with *O2* IWR you can return to the surface, vomit and redecend.
Alternatively you handle it like vomiting in any other scuba situation.

With one man chambers you panic, run around in circles and tear out your hair
It is illegal to have a one man chamber on a work site in Australia.  The
reason is that if anything goes wrong, the guy is stuck in there.  If he
stops breathing you won't know.  Even if you did, if you brought him to the
surface you would give him such a massive embolisim, nothing could save him.
If he vomits and chokes, he will die, and you can't help him.  There are
many other possible problems.  Really he may as well be on the moon, you
can't get to him to help.
Personally, I would choose IWR over a one man single lock chamber.
