ok, this thread has bored me.  I told you what we do.  I told you why we do
it.  Hogarthian, which has evolved into DIR, says take only what you need.
You do not need a backup bottom timer, end of discussion, and thus you are
not diving Hogarthian/DIR.

Continue to wallow in your stroke ways.
