Is this pure enough ????????? I think so. If in doubt ask your dealer about a contents sheet and look at the remaining COx. The other contents are not toxic or can be neglected (eg. hydrocarbon). Here in germany the lowes grade (after baloon helium which is NOT sufficient) is called is called "Helium 4.6" meaning it's 99.996% pure. The thing with helium is not so much purity it's toxic contents. Baloon helium is usualy used as flushing gas and the remaining contens therefore change. That mean in the worst case you may end up with a gas having some F or Cl in it -- so keep your fingers away from baloon helium.
