Hi Art,

  My feeling are that in an overhead invironment, a head down position
will give you a sore neck after a while.  It would also increase the
likelyhood of crashes into the ceiling due to visual limitations.
 I prefer a horizontal swimming position/modified flutter to keep from
kicking up da silt.
