That business about 7 minutes is actually rather old news. There are a couple of published references, but I'd have to look them up to get the citations (don't have 'em with me right now). We talked about it in our IWR review article. 7 minutes was derrived from information on rates of bubble growth in conjunction with times to cause permanent nerve damage.
