DIN still exists in 200 and 300 bar, it's just CEN 250 certified as is all European dive gear (Not that that say's anything. ) ! I use DIN all the time for the simple reason I can choose between my double 232 bar 10 ltrs and my single 300 bar 12 ltr cylinders. Plus, you don't often get a blown O ring with a DIN setup.
