Smile, dude.  It was a joke.  Like me watching Duane ride that bike.  No
one is suggesting you sit idly by and watch someone do something that'll
kill themselves - especially if they're on your boat.  But if it's already
happened, to some poor po-dunk who didn't know any better, then no sense
screeching about it either.  Sometimes you just gotta shake your head and
say "oh well..."  Sorta like when you read the papers about idiots who
check to see if their guns are loaded by looking down the barrel and
pulling the trigger.  It happens every single year.

You and I both know that dudes are going to continue to kill themselves no
matter what is said on Techdiver, or is taught by GUE, etc...   You can
either shake your fist in the air and rail against stupidity every time you
see/hear about it, or you can sometimes just laugh at it.  I submit that
you'd be better off and healthier with the latter than the former...

Besides, you really should have seen the look on Duane's face - it was
priceless...
