The victim was not trained to wear his gear this way , he had been exposed
to the proper labeling of his tanks per WKPP standards at our VBTECH
meetings , he had never been to this depth before , the diver did in fact
in my opinion panic , forgetting all training.He was task loaded beyond his
skill level.WHY!WHY!WHY! To test a light?And why did a diver with all the
deep diving experience drive 8-10 hrs to do a 190ft air dive and let a
diver with no experience at that depth do a solo dive?I do not understand
this , is this the whole story?Why would 3 divers be diving to a 190ft on
air as a team and a mix diver doing a solo dive to 325ft?
