That's interesting to see that all the money goes to the ongoing WKP project. Seeing that I am a little remote (Australia) from the WKP projects, could someone please explain to me what that project is? What it's end result is to be? How long it's been running? How many dives have been performed? The number of incidents etc? I'm afraid that all I have really seen so far is general statements concerning the WKP project and have no real idea of what has or has not been acheived.
