Neal, When wreck diving you always carry your bottles with you. Cave diving is different - the entrance isn't going anywhere and that's your way out, so you can leave your bottles there at the appropriate depth. Just take advantage of the conditions and situations as you don't need the added hastle of carrying your deco bottles in the cave deeper than you need them. When I wreck dive, I carry all my gas with me during the whole dive. When I cave dive, I leave the deco bottles at the appropriate depth.
