Mailing List: techdiver

I would like to build my own DPV but lack the plans and background reading. 
Does anyone know where I can find/download this information. I couldn't find 
anything in the archives.
And before I get flamed by those that have "been there, done that, waste of 
time, go and buy one". I want to do this as a learning exercise about the 
operation and maintenance of DPVs.  I am not trying to reinvent the (WKKP) 
wheel.  Many thanks in advance.
