Are you referring to the paper by Bob Overlock?  If so, I've got it...Bob
gave me back my ability to walk after my little bout with laws of physics
& the complement system.  Also, I was the buddy of one of those IWR cases
("Randall Myson").

If you're referring about another paper, I'd love to hear about it!
