Casio do a good range of digital watches, rated to 200m, with functions
including stop watches, countdown timers, etc. Some of the higher end ones
have big buttons. Personally, I use a normal sized one with normal sized
buttons and have no problem with gloves or mitts (diving in cold UK
waters). It cost me £15UK, about $25US, is rated to 200m and works fine.

The other option is a combined depth gauge/timer by Uwatec. They work well
and are really cheap.
