I have downloaded Pro Planner demo from Phoenix's site and the pdf manual from VR3 site (Click here for VR3 site )and on face value it looks very interesting and all in order. Here's the reason for the post and some unanswered questions and the reasons for why they are unanswered: 1. Pro Planner demo was last changed in Sept. 1997 - is it up to date on for instance latest thinking on deep stops like Z-Plan and others are up to date (Pyle vs. WKPP)?. 1.1 How much does the software cost? 1.2 There is no e-mail address on Phoenix site so I cant ask them the questions 1.3 The only place Web ferret could find with Pro-Planner information (apart from IANTD) was Phoenix. (Maybe Tom knows the answers as as his agency advertises it on the web ( IANTD view of it )) 1.4 What is the latest version, where obtainable and at what cost? 2. I have now twice requested information from VR3 directly with now response. This starts alarm bells as the pre sales service is nonexistent. What concerns me what is the after sales service going to be like if the the guys cant even reply to an e-mail. Anybody got any info please contact me direct or via the list. Would like some info especially from somebody who dives the VR3.
