Ok I have re-done the test with EAN50. The test was conducted as follows:
Empyed the test cylinder (12l), transfilled 82bar of oxygen (83bar intermediate
pressure). Transfilling was slow and the tank had some minutes to rest. The
compressor was filling the test 12l tank, a 10l and 2x7l tanks at the same time.
None of the filled tanks got warmer than 30 C. Imediately after filling the
measured
oxygen content was 47.1 %. The tank was then laid down to rest. After coming
back from the dive I re-analyzed the mix and it came out as expected: 50.2%.
This shows that the mix might take a while to stabilize.
Used instruments: precission gauge from Wika (Class 0.6), OxyquantRD
oxygen analyzer.

_My_ thoughts:
  * Higher fO2 mixes tend to make more problems than low fO2 mixes.
  * Higher mixing temperatues promote better mixing, but then you have
to wait for the tank to cool down anyway
  * I will keep my practice to wait a night before analyzing/diving any mix
  * The cylinder size may matter
I'll check this the next time - don't want to empty my 4l (~30cuft) O2
bottle.

will not test that. Makes no sense to me.

Thats ok. We indeed did recognize this with 80% showing sometimes a difference
of 10 or more percent. Meanwhile the situation has changed and due to the oxygen
booster all pressure problems have gone.
So no stroke mix any longer :-)

Frank
