I've seen FO2 readings drift upward in EAN mixes as well (I haven't done
any trimix so cannot comment on that). However, all that seems to be
necessary is to wait 5-10 minutes after filling for the reading to
stabilize, more if the cylinders are warm (i.e., from filling too fast).

Rolling around seems like just a way to spend the time while you're
waiting. And rolling a set of doubles is kinda difficult.

I wonder if the change is due to gas temperature. Does anyone know how the
gas temperature affects oxygen sensors? Intuition tells me that higher gas
temperature would cause a high FO2 reading, but if the effects described
here are to be attributed to gas temperature, the opposite would have to
be true.
