Kevin... The name is Jeff, Its my wifes account, The remark to which you refer was an attempt at humor. This thread may be ridiculous but diving the wrong mix is not. I expect most analyze there mix before the dive. I suppose if a person feels better about rolling their tanks on the floor they should do it. I do not believe this helps the gases "mix", BUT I do beleive that before analysis is performed its important that enough time has elapsed for the gases to homogenize. Remember, also analyze your gas after a bumpy 4x4 trail to the dive site. This could mix you gas too much and some settling mat occur.
